Join us for a mindful meditation to celebrate the October full moon, often called the Hunter Moon, Blood Moon, Sanguine Moon amongst many other names. It will reach its peak around 4:55pm EST and hopefully will be in full bloom for our moments of appreciation. This moon marks a time in the season where hunters normally would prepare to go out and hunt to prepare for winter, a space to focus on renewing relationships. Our meditation will focus on reflecting on the past month and letting go of baggage that will not serve us as we move forward into the next month. Reserving space to enable growth, slowing down, and mindfully tuning in to how to prepare for the changing seasons.
Event will start at 7pm, and last anywhere from 30 minutes - 45 minutes, followed by comments and questions!
